Girls Indoor Track participates at MLK Invitational

The Girl Indoor Track team participated at the MLK Invitational Track Meet Monday at the Birmingham CrossPlex.  While not placing, the girls had a solid performance.  Mariqua Adley competed in the high jump with a measurement of 4feet 6inches.  Congratulations girls on a job well done.

Damon Williams brings home the “BLING” from Indoor Track Meet

Damon Williams made a long jump of 20 feet 11 inches at the MLK Indoor Track Meet Monday and brings home the silver medal for a second place overall finish.  The boys team had a good day with Jaylon Fleming finishing 5th out of 150 in the 60 meter run.  Congratulations Titans on a job

Underwood, first Titan to sign softball scholarship

Shond Kidd-McKinney scores 1000th career point

Shond Kidd-Mckinney scored his 1000th career point as 2nd ranked Gadsden City (18-4, 5-0) defeated Buckhorn 65-37. Kidd-McKinney and Kalin Manman Johnson each scored 16 points to lead the Titans.Jacob Hyde finished with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists, Darnell Mooney dished out 9 assists and Denzel Mooney grabbed 10 rebounds.   CONGRATULATIONS SHOND!

No. 9 Gadsden City girls top No. 4 Buckhorn 63-50

Class 7A, No. 9 Gadsden City topped fourth-ranked Buckhorn 63-50 Friday night at home in Area 7 girls high school basketball play. Haley Troup totaled 24 points, eight rebounds and six assists for the Titans (13-6, 4-1). Brooke Burns scored 15 points and Cianni Rhodes added 10 points. Gadsden City hosts Sparkman on Tuesday.
