9TH GRADE Boys tryouts have been canceled for today, October 12th. BOYS 9th GRADE AND JUNIOR VARSITY TRYOUTS WILL RESUME ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 18th. after school.  Please help pass the word. GO TITANS!!!

Titan Basketball tips-off the second half of the season tonight

The Titans will travel to Arab today to begin the second half of their season.  The Titans (boys 7-9, girls 7-9) are both looking for wins tonight to improve their records and prep for last leg of the area games that are jam packed into the month of January.  Today’s action will begin at 3:30


On Saturday, December 16, the only basketball games that will be played against Oxford will the Junior Varsity BOYS and the Varsity BOYS.  JV will start at 5:00pm and the Varsity at 6:30pm at Gadsden City High School.  We hope everyone will come out and join us to support the TITANS!  

Today’s Athletic Events are CANCELED

Titan Basketball games that were scheduled today against Hewitt-Trussville have been canceled and rescheduled for Monday. Bowling match has also been canceled and has not been rescheduled at this time. Everyone stay safe and warm!  Enjoy your LONG weekend and we will see you Monday! GO TITANS!

All about Jaylen Cole

Whether it’s catching passes or shooting baskets, Gadsden City’s Jaylen Cole makes his presence known. The senior hauled in 307 yards on 20 receptions, an average of 15.4 yards a catch, with two touchdowns in his senior season on the gridiron for the Titans. The 6-foot-2 guard is now in his final year with Gadsden

Basketball Rankings are posted

A few Etowah County basketball teams dropped out of the Alabama Sports Writers Association’s high school basketball poll released Tuesday night. Coach Jeremy Brooks’ Gadsden City girls also fell out of the rankings. The Titans (5-4) were No. 9 last week and lost their lone game of the week against Mountain Brook 68-63 Monday. Gadsden

There’s a shake up in high school sports classifications

Two area schools will step up in classification and another will drop a notch in the fall of 2018, according to the Alabama High School Athletic Association’s 2018-2020 reclassifications released Thursday. Sardis steps up to Class 5A, where in football it will be in Region 6 along with Alexandria, Boaz, Crosville, Douglas, Etowah and Southside.

Here are some photos from the game on Tuesday.  These are a part of the “history” that was made last night as the Titans and Panthers have never faced off before.  The varsity boys won 61-42 and the varstiy girls lost 46-39.
