The GCHS Special Olympics Basketball team will be playing another game Friday, February 5th and on Friday, February 12..  8:30AM start time and will last about an hour.   Please join in and support our team! GCHS Special Olympic Basketball… Live, this Friday 1-29-21

The Gadsden City Special Olympics basketball team will be playing in their first scrimmage game this Friday, Jan. 29th.  The game will start around 8:30 am.  Due to COVID restrictions, no one will be allowed to attend but we hope you watch them through the link below and cheer them on from wherever you are. 

GCHS SPECIAL OLYMPICS WINS SILVER

The Gadsden City High School Special Olympics Basketball team were the Silver Medal winners today at the State Special Olympics Basketball Tournament.  We are so proud of this team and how they have played their hearts out!   CONGRATULATIONS TITANS!!!!  Thank you Ms. Lowery for everything you do for this team and all the kids.  

Titan Special Olympics end regular season with BIG WIN

Ms. Lowery and the Special Olympics Basketball team would like to say thank you to the student body that came and supported their last home basketball game yesterday. The game will be played in the Titan Competition Gym at 10:00 a.m.  The cost is $1.00 at the door.  All students and faculty are invited to attend and cheer our guys on. GC Special Olympics Basketball gets a BIG WIN

Gadsden City Special Olympics Basketball won today against Helen Keller School for the deaf. The score was 29-20. Austin Clay was high scorer with 14 points and Jordan Glass had 8 points. Anthony Bell and Bryce Funk helped the team with 3 assists each. Our next game is Monday at 10 at GCHS. CONGRATULATIONS GUYS!!!!! 

GCHS Special Olympics Basketball gets FIRST WIN

Congratulations to the GCHS Special Olympics basketball team for their first win of the season against Lawrence County. Jordan Glass and Austin Clay each scored 10 points with Austin scoring the winning points. They were assisted with passing from Mikey Hughes and Bryce Funk. The Special Olympics Basketball team lost a heart breaker to Decatur Parks and Recreation yesterday by one point.  The score was 18-17.  Austin Clay was the High scorer with 6 points and Jordan Glass had five.  Our next game is away against Lawrence County next Tuesday the 28th..  If you see any of these guys out and
